A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provided.
- Can minors stay at NEST?

Minors can stay if they present a consent form from their guardian or if their guardian contacts NEST directly.
A student ID of the guest will also be required. - What is the nearest station?

The nearest station is Teradacho Station on the JR Loop Line.
Exit from the north gate, turn left towards Ohsho, and you will find NEST on the second floor above the animal hospital.

No, we do not have a parking lot. However, paid parking is available nearby.
Fees vary depending on the parking facility.
※ The parking space on the first floor belongs to the animal hospital. Please do not park there. - Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, we do. Private rooms can be reserved for one person or more.
Please note that private rooms do not have a toilet or shower.
All facilities outside the room are shared with other guests. - Can someone else stay under my reservation?

Yes, as long as the reservation holder’s name is provided at check-in and the guest presents a valid ID.
- Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

You may leave your luggage with a name tag in the shared space on the second floor.
Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Luggage storage is available until 6:00 PM. After that, we cannot store your belongings.
The second-floor shared space is also available until 6:00 PM. - Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not included.
- I booked a breakfast-included plan. What will be served for breakfast?

This is a misrepresentation on a partner booking site.We do not provide breakfast.
- Are bath towels and amenities included?

Bath towels are available for rent at an additional cost.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face wash are provided in the shower rooms and are free to use.
